back in the saddle.
.
well thank goodness, the blog is up and at ‘em again!
did you miss me?
since dana and ashley have been working for the past while on their move to edmonton, and dana is as busy as a mouse in a crazy cat lady’s house, it’s been a while since I’ve been able to post. I’ve been going through some serious blog withdrawal, and there has been so much to photograph this summer that I’m going to have to post pretty frequently in order to get through the ridiculous backlog of photos.
so let’s get on it!
and let’s start with some flowers, shall we? yes, I think so. we don’t want you to sprain anything getting back into this blog thing, so we’ll start off sloooooowlyyyy.
from this year’s garden collection…
purple clematis closeup
.
.
black-eyed susan that grew from the seeds dee gave me last fall – success! .fluffy pink poppy. these just showed up the summer after I bought my house. .
another fluffy pink poppy. not sure how well fluffy and pink are going to do in the garden, but we’ll see. .
freshly emerging hydrangea flowers. .
same hydrangea after another week or two – still needs some extra blue-yness. .
closeup of a bee on a black-eyed susan. .
and that’s it for now.
but as I warned above, I will be trying to update like a speed demon in order to get through all these summer photos. so keep checking in – even this week – because chances are I’ll find the time to update again.
.

Welcome back, you! I missed your pics and captions and whatnot.

Posted on September 1st, 2010 at 4:09 pm | QuoteI did, but something chewed through the vine when the single little pumpkin was only about 10 inches across, so it wouldn’t grow any bigger. and then tasha ate it! :O
